    We are an online store and do all business online, however we have in-person presence in both Sydney, NSW, Australia and Denver, CO, United States.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Depends on the product, however we estimate 4-6 days on free postage items, and 6-12 days on clothing.

  • Who do you use for shipping?

    In Australia we use a mix of Australia Post and StarTrack. In the United States we primarily use USPS.

  • What if I am not happy with my purchase?

    Let us know! We want to make it right, we offer easy returns on top of your consumer rights in Australia and the United States.

  • What are Biscuits?

    If you have to ask, you don't own a cat! If you mean Biscuit Rewards, they are just like points, except Biscuits, because you know, cats would probably collect them over points? You can use these biscuits to get money off purchases, and you earn each time you buy.
